Volvo 4-cyl & 6-cyl pushrod engines (B-18, B-20, B-22, B-30)

VV-6000: For street use, this cam gives strong acceleration in the 2600-6000 RPM range without being temperamental. It will rev all the way to 7000.  INTAKE: 27/59     EXHAUST: 63/23     DURATION: 266     LIFT: .400"

    Necessary mods: PAECO springs, retainers, and lifters (an exhaust header, Primapower system, racing ignition, aluminum flywheel, and Weber carbs will all add more power, but are not mandatory).

VV-6500: For slaloms and hard street use, this grind delivers tremendous power in the 2800-6500 RPM range, and peaks at 7200 RPM. Acceleration is extremely strong.  INTAKE: 29/61     EXHAUST: 65/25     DURATION: 270     LIFT: .435"

    Necessary mods: 10-11:1 compression, PAECO valve train, exhaust header, Primapower, racing ignition (Weber carbs, aluminum flywheel and a modified head will add even more power, but are not mandatory).

VV-7000: For racing only, this grind provides fantastic power in the 3800-7000 RPM range and will rev to 7600. For well prepared engines only! INTAKE: 42/73     EXHAUST: 77/38     DURATION: 295     LIFT: .480"

    Necessary mods: 12-14:1 compression, fully modified cyl head, full PAECO valve train, exhaust headers, Weber carbs, racing ignition, aluminum flywheel, and a high ratio rear axle.

VVO-6200: This is a street grind designed to give torque and acceleration with a mild increase in top end. Best power range is 2200-6200 RPM, with a limit of 7000. The idle is smooth.  INTAKE: 27/63     EXHAUST: 66/24     DURATION: 270     LIFT: .370"

    Necessary mods: PAECO springs and retainers (A one point compression boost also works wonders with this one, and an aluminum flywheel gives a nice boost in acceleration).

VVO-7000: For slaloms, rallies, and fast highway driving, this grind delivers fierce acceleration with a large increase in top speed. Best power is 3200-7000 RPM, with a peak of 7800 RPM.  INTAKE: 32/68     EXHAUST: 72/28     DURATION: 280     LIFT: .402"

    Necessary mods: 11:1 compression, PAECO springs and retainers, hi-voltage ignition (A modified cylinder head and an aluminum flywheel will make a big difference, but are optional).

VVO-7600: For racing only, this grind provides tremendous acceleration coming out of the corners -- very good for tight courses. Best power range is 3400-7600, with a limit of 8200 RPM.  INTAKE: 36/72     EXHAUST: 76/32     DURATION: 288     LIFT: .435"

    Necessary mods: 12:1 compression, PAECO springs and retainers, open exhaust, racing ignition, modified cylinder head (An aluminum flywheel will add even more acceleration).

VVO-8200: This one is for all-out competition using a professionally prepared engine. It provides tremendous acceleration and gobs of top end power as well. Best rev range is 4000-8000 with a limit of 8600 RPM  INTAKE: 47/75     EXHAUST: 77/45     DURATION: 302     LIFT: .455".

    Necessary mods: 13-14:1 compression, PAECO springs and retainers, open exhaust, racing ignition, modified cylinder head, high ratio rear axle, aluminum flywheel.
