NOTES:
(1) Early model MG's (through '72) used a pedestal lifter and a short pushrod. Later models used a cup-type lifter and a long pushrod. The latter arrangement is better (and cheaper) and can be used on the earlier models if the pushrods and lifters are changed out as a set.
(2) PAECO valve springs have an outer coil diameter that is larger than the stock spring coil diameter, and will not fit down inside the stock spring recesses without a slight enlargement. Our spring recess cutter will do this, using a 3/8" or 1/2" drill to power it. The cutter is refundable for credit less a $25.00 resharpening charge.
(3) PAECO MGA/MGB springs and retainers must be used together.
