    This is state-of-the-art technology designed for your high performance engine. The Lumenition system consists of:

    Lumenition's modified advance curve and high voltage makes a tremendous difference in any engine's performance, whether for street or racing. On a street engine, the difference is roughly the equivalent to installing a high performance camshaft. On a racing engine, the difference is even greater. This is by far the finest distributor ignition system on the market and we strongly recommend it for all makes of cars. For those who are into serious racing or heavy street performance, this is the ultimate design in a computerized racing distributor ignition system.

    A valuable accessory to the Lumenition system is the rev limiter. It can be set to any desired RPM, and when this is reached, the system will not allow higher revs. Unlike some rev limiters that simply cut off and can cause engine damage, this limiter works by reducing the voltage to the point where the engine won’t put out enough power to rev higher, even though it is still firing.
