Fiat 124 DOHC and Lancia
FIO-7000: This is a street cam that gives greatly improved acceleration. The best power range is 2800-7000 RPM, and it will rev to 7800. The idle is fast but smooth. Needs 8-10:1 compression. INTAKE: 34/66 EXHAUST: 70/30 DURATION: 280 LIFT: .328"
Necessary mods: PAECO springs (an exhaust header, Primafpower system, and racing ignition will add additional power).
FIO-7800: This grind is good for slaloms and wild street use. It gives great acceleration plus a healthy boost in top speed. The best power range is 3200-7800, and it will rev to 8400 RPM. INTAKE: 38/70 EXHAUST: 74/34 DURATION: 288 LIFT: .360"
Necessary mods: 10-11:1 compression, PAECO springs and retainers, racing ignition, exhaust header (a modified head, weber carbs, and a Primapower system will give additional power, but are not mandatory).
FIO-8400: This grind is for racing only. It gives a tremendous power boost from 4200 to 8400 RPM, and will rev to 8800. It is primarily Intended for SCCA road racing. INTAKE: 44/76 EXHAUST: 80/40 DURATION: 300 LIFT: .350"
Necessary mods: full PAECO valve train, 12-14:1 compression, racing ignition, exhaust headers, increased carburetion, fully modified cyl head, high ratio rear axle.

NOTE: Adjusting shims are necessary to achieve proper valve lash and we can furnish these in any thickness. You must first install the cams and then determine the thickness of the shims that you will need.
Fiat X-1/9 & Fiat 128 SOHC
FIS-7200: This is a great street cam, designed to give good torque and acceleration without being wild. The best power range is 2600-7200 RPM, and it will rev to 7800. INTAKE: 34/66 EXHAUST: 70/30 DURATION: 280 LIFT: .328"
Necessary mods: PAECO valve springs (a one point boost in compression helps even more, but is not mandatory). A racing ignition will add additional power.
FIS-8000: This grind is for slaloms and hot street use. It gives very strong acceleration, especially in the mid-range, and also a nice boost in top end. INTAKE: 38/70 EXHAUST: 74/34 DURATION: 288 LIFT: .358"

FIS-8600: This grind is for all-out racing. It is devastating in the 4400-8600 RPM range, and will pull to well over 9000 in a properly prepared engine. INTAKE 44/76 EXHAUST: 80/40 DURATION: 300 LIFT: .350"
Necessary mods: 12-14:1 compression, exhaust headers, fully prepared cylinder head, racing ignition, increased carburetion, high ratio rear axle.
