DSO-6-6800: For street use, this cam gives good acceleration, especially when combined with a slight compression boost. The best power range is 2000-6800 RPM and it will rev to 7400. INTAKE: 27/63    EXHAUST: 67/23    DURATION: 270    LIFT: .435". NECESSARY MODS: PAECO springs and retainers.

DSO-6-7200: This grind provides tremendous acceleration plus a very nice increase in top speed. Good for street, slaloms, and highway use. The best power range is 2600-7200 and it will rev to 7800 RPM. INTAKE: 32/68    EXHAUST: 72/28    DURATION: 280    LIFT: .492". NECESSARY MODS: 10-11:1 compression ratio, exhaust headers, racing ignition, and PAECO springs and retainers. A modified cylinder head, Weber carbs, and a Primapower exhaust system will provide even more power, but are not mandatory.

DSO-6-7600: For racing only, this cam gives extremely strong acceleration and a big top end boost. The best power range is 3000-7600, with a peak of 8000 RPM - very successful in SCCA solo and racing events. INTAKE: 36/72    EXHAUST: 76/32    DURATION: 288    LIFT: .540"    NECESSARY MODS: 12:1 compression, exhaust headers, racing ignition, PAECO springs and titanium retainers, and a modified cylinder head.

DSO-6-8000: For high RPM racing engines only, this grind gives tremendous power from 4000 RPM on up, and will rev to 8600. Acceleration is tremendous but meticulous engine preparation is a "must". INTAKE: 47/75    EXHAUST: 77/45    DURATION: 302    LIFT: .555"    NECESSARY MODS: 13+:1 compression, exhaust headers, Weber carbs, PAECO springs and titanium retainers, racing ignition, fully modified cylinder head, and a high ratio rear end.

All can grinds --- $290 exchange or $410 outright (no exchange). Be sure to specify with or without oil holes in the cam lobes. All 240-Z carm and the early 260-Z cams did not use oil holes. The late 260-Z and all 280-Z cams must have oil holes. Don't mix these up!!
